Where have I goooone

You may have noticed that lately I'm posting less and less stuff...  

Some of you also know that I'm busy with art school since I'm in my last year, and I still have at least twenty of works to do (there are works that take forever to do... uuurgh) until August.

Since early April, I went to several workshops set up by school, in Paris. I studied a bit of Photoshop and Illustrator, met several other students, like (some were 50 years old, omg XD). Mainly because I had to do them to complete my artistic education. I paid to go to the digital workshops, while the traditional ones were free since they were part of my "education".

I met a lovely and funny teacher, Jean-Paul Aussel, who's also a professional cartoonist and illustrator. During these workshops, we were asked to sketch a few things and bring some of our stuff to show our level to him.  

I'm going to be honnest, I was confident, even though I'm bothered to be stuck on the manga style, but I didn't expect him to be so impressed that he'd watch me all the time during class or would even scold me for being at school because "I don't need it and should do something to be published". :bademoticon:

At the moment (like, right now) I'm trying to finish an illustration for the second book of Sévices Militaires (or "SM") that will printed next year I think, for the Japan expo 2016, or 2017 if they can't yet Of course I won't be able to show it to you as long as the book isn't out XD 

But you can go check the authors' page and see the few illustrations of the 1st book, and some fanarts made by one of the authors xD For these ones, I only colored their lines, but you might still recognize which ones I did~   (gonna help you, I did 4 of them )

Two weeks ago, before my last workshop, I applied for a job at the library of my city, and I got an interview on Thursday, May 28. I hope they'll accept me. If they do, I'll have a nice job, surrounded by books, for a year (Student work) , from September 2015 to July 2016, this will be my first 'real' job ever~!
